Mill Town handcrafts top shelf spirits using quality, local ingredients, pristine spring water, and small batch methods. On their farm, located just outside of Sandpoint, Idaho, owners Victor and Jessie Vachon grow the grain and fruits used to create their delicious liquors. From the smooth Barley Vodka, with its hint of sweetness and whiskey influences, to the one-of-a-kind Pend Oreille River Gold Rum aged in red wine barrels, Mill Town is producing unique spirits that reflect the spirit and culture of the Pacific Northwest. Mill Town spirits are available at all Idaho State liquor stores and in area bars and restaurants. With a tasting room slated to open late 2018, guests will be able to explore the distillery and farm, sample the spirits, and purchase bottles and gifts.
