Millar Road is a true New Zealand design experience. The suite of buildings was designed by Nick Bevin of award-winning architects bevin+slessor in a style that Nick describes as “reminiscent of New Zealand river and lakeside baches [holiday homes] of the 1950’s and 60’s with their relaxed interior layouts and clear, uncomplicated and familiar architecture”. The architecture combines perfectly with furniture, furnishings and art sourced from contemporary New Zealand practitioners to create simple but beautiful surroundings.
