Known as the ‘McKinsey Slayer ‘, I am a State Capture Whistle-blower and know all too well the consequences of Companies ‘turning a blind eye’ to the wrong behaviour. I have lived through not fitting into a predefined box and have thus decided to make my own box. I am a ‘millennial’ who established a brilliant career in large ‘old school’ corporates and I have learnt this – large corporates don’t know what to do with people like me whilst publicly referring to my value. The workforce is changing faster than these corporates, so best they keep up. Millennial Advisory has been established to close the gap between an aspirational culture and a realised one.
