Since the beginning, Millennium has been focused on the disciplined use of assets in the acquisition and management of each holding in our portfolio. Beginning over 20 years ago as a personal investment hedge against commodity market volatility, Millennium was founded on the principles of strategic investment, entrepreneurial spirit and creative collaboration. Over two decades later, Millennium has grown into a highly diversified real estate venture with balanced holdings in the retail, commercial and industrial sectors.
