Millennium Partners is a woman-owned small business founded in 2005 with a mission to deliver sustainable, locally driven and inclusive reforms that improve lives and offer roadmaps to a prosperous and fair future. Since its inception in 2005, Millennium Partners has implemented over $90 million in US Agency for International Development (USAID), and Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), and US Department of State funded contracts in Africa, Asia, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East. These contracts cover a diverse range of economic growth and democracy and governance programs, including the areas of judicial strengthening and independence, access to justice, e-governance, local government, and anti-corruption.
