Miller Building Services, Inc. began in 1989 as a general contractor specializing in office and retail tenant improvement. Since then, we have averaged 200 projects and in annual gross sales. Our largest customers are commercial real estate companies such as CBRE, Merrill Companies, Stoltz Management and retailers such as Verizon Wireless. We employ approximately 50 laborers, carpenters, drywall finishers, painters and electricians. Although we are general contractors, our philosophy is to self-perform as much work as possible, resulting in cost savings to our customers as well as allowing us to better control the speed and quality of our work.
