Founded in February of 2010, Steven Miller of Miller Realty has over 12 years appraising residential 1-4 units throughout Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties. Steven Miller is an FHA approved, certified real estate appraiser. As a certified appraiser, Mr. Miller has the education and qualifications to provide the type of reliable home values that banks and major lending institutions require for home loans. And with over 12 years of experience behind him, he is prepared to handle a variety of property types. In the fall of 1988, Mr. Miller enrolled in the Real Estate Program at El Camino Jr. College in Torrance, CA. After El Camino, Mr. Miller went on to Harbor Jr. College in Harbor City, CA and enrolled in their Process Plant Technology Program. In 1998, Mr. Miller became an active Real Estate Appraiser working out of Torrance, CA. He has spent the next 12 years performing residential 1-4 unit property appraisals throughout Southern California. In 2007, Mr. Miller obtained his California Brokers License and in February 2010, Miller Realty was established.
