Mim Beim

Mim Beim is a Naturopath with over 35 years of clinical experience. She has a thriving naturopathic practice in Mittagong in addition to consulting online with patients around the world. She is also a senior lecturer at the Naturopathic colleges. In 2017, Mim was awarded a fellowship to the NHAA Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia, the oldest association of its kind. She has written 9 books, thousands of magazine and newspaper columns, and was a regular on TV and radio. In 2011, she travelled to Los Angeles to study with the world's leading Buteyko Breathing practitioner, Patrick McKeown. Mim is a Fellow of Buteyko Practitioners International and is now one of Australia's foremost breathing educators. She gives courses, one-on-one sessions, weekly breathing classes and facilitates Practitioner Training courses alongside Patrick McKeown.
