We provide Clinical Psychology and Clinical Exercise Therapy interventions for the prevention and treatment of physical and mental health conditions. Mind Body Clinical offer face-to-face and online therapy interventions for people who have concerns about their physical health or psychological well-being. We are a multidisciplinary service, consisting of a Clinical Psychologist and an Exercise Therapist. What is Clinical Psychology? If you are living with a health condition or dealing with stressful circumstances, you may have found yourself feeling stressed, anxious, low in mood, frustrated or overwhelmed. Our Clinical Psychologist can help you to understand why you have been feeling this way and identify factors that have contributed to the maintenance of the problems you have been experiencing. They will help you to harness personal strengths and teach you a range of new skills, so that you can continue to take steps to move forward with your life. What is Clinical Exercise Therapy? Clinical Exercise Therapy is focused on improving your physical and mental health by making changes to your lifestyle, such as increasing exercise and managing your diet. Our Clinical Exercise Specialist is highly trained and provide safe and effective prescribed exercise programmes that are designed to meet the needs of people with physical and mental health conditions, as well as individuals that are concerned about preventing ill health.
