Mind, Body, Self

My bespoke therapy room is located in the heart of St Albans, where I offer a range of specialist services and treatment plans. Each of these is designed to work in harmony with the mind and body’s natural regenerative systems to optimise health and to promote both physical and emotional wellbeing. I believe that the balance of the mind, body and SELF are interdependent. Our thoughts and emotions can impact on our physical health and vice versa. By proactively nurturing all of these parts, we are better able to maintain alignment and achieve greater total wellbeing. My Mission is to support my clients to optimise their total well-being through investing in regular practice and self-care. As well as sharing my expertise, I endeavour to share other useful resources to increase knowledge and understanding of holistic health. He/She/They/Ze – we are all unique beautiful souls. My promise is that you’ll be welcomed into a safe, confidential, kind and judgement-free Lone Wolf Crystals * Immerse yourself browsing our magical crystal range online, exploring their healing energies and understanding how they can support your mind, body, SELF.
