Mind Brain Insight, LLC is based on: a) an accurate mind model: parts & function through space and time in the brain, and b) the ability to apply this model to build (and skillfully use) personalized, context-responsive, brain signal signatures, and classifiers. Mind-based classifiers significantly improve brain signal decoding and classification. Why? Because their categories match those of the user's actual mental states and processes, in real time. These classifiers also serve as user mind "targets" that are desirable, natural and easy-to-hit. The ability to functionally map (most of) the mind's states & processes to the brain in real time can significantly improve most BCI projects. Device design, testing, learning and use are enhanced; in spelling & communication, neuroprosthetics, VR and external device control (ex: a phone) applications.
