Mind Empowered

Mind Empowered (ME) is a charitable organisation for the empowerment of youth and women. Every Saturday from 4-5 pm on Google Meet, we have an informative and inspirational session with one of our Mind Empowered Coaches who speaks to the attendees on a chosen subject of interest to youth and women. Our Webinars involve topics related to Mental health, Physical Health and Emotional Wellness. We at Mind Empowered (ME) aim • To educate students regarding mental health. • To change the public attitude and remove the stigma associated with mental health. • To urge students to reach out and take help from a support group like Mind Empowered. • To Improve physical well-being by Yoga, Zumba and Self-Defense techniques. • To enhance their personality through behavioural workshops like building self-confidence, time management, and goal setting.
