Mind Enforcement Academy

The Mind Enforcement Academy's mission is to improve and enhance the performance, mental capacity, as well as emotional and mental health of law enforcement officers and public safety employees through the use of neuroscience, psychology, and metacognitive science. Our goal is to improve the quality of policing, strengthen the relationship between police and the public, and subsequently promote trust that leads to the mitigation of crime. The Mind Enforcement Academy has been created as a result of a growing need for the improvement of the mental, emotional, and psychological health of police officers. Application of tactics to improve these aspects of officer well-being can create positive changes within every law enforcement or correctional department.
