Mind Over Matter Virtual Services

Welcome to Mind Over Matter Virtual Services, a virtual services agency rooted in resilience, passion, and purpose. After 13 enriching years in the multifamily industry—serving both on-site and as a supplier—I founded this business to support professionals and businesses while embracing a deeply personal mission. The name Mind Over Matter was inspired by my son’s diagnosis with a brain mass needing life saving surgery that left him disabled. This challenge brought immense clarity to my priorities and a renewed sense of purpose. As his caregiver, I sought a way to balance my personal responsibilities with my professional aspirations, creating a career on my own terms while staying connected to the industry I love. At Mind Over Matter Virtual Services, we specialize in empowering corporate professionals, executives, and business owners through tailored virtual services. From administrative tasks and data entry to email management, marketing, and business development, our goal is to lighten your workload and help you achieve more. Driven by my personal journey and professional expertise, I understand the value of time and the need for dependable, detail-oriented support. Every service we offer reflects our commitment to excellence and a belief in overcoming challenges—no matter how great they may seem. Let us be the steady hand behind your success, so you can focus on what truly matters. We believe that with perseverance and the right support, anything is possible. Together, let’s turn challenges into opportunities and build something extraordinary.
