Mind Over Matter

Mind Over Matter is a volunteer organisation run by young adults which equips the youth with tools to look after their mental health. Several young people are struggling with mental health issues and we strive to destigmatise these concerns and to assist the Indian youth in attaining an emotional and mental balance. We are an entirely non-profit and pro-bono organisation and do not take part in any monetary exchanges. The peer-support services are free of charge, whereas, for ongoing sessions with our professionals, there is a subsidised rate that is charged by the professional directly with the user.
