Mind Revolution Therapy

Mind Revolution Therapy (MRT) is meant to be a space for people to heal through vulnerability and connection in the context of a revolution of the mind. Here’s the revolution - You’re not bad or wrong or unworthy, you’re human. At MRT, we believe that each individual is the expert on their own lives and therefor has the ability to heal themselves through finding and understanding their true selves. From this perspective, the job of a therapist is to partner with a person in finding their own strengths and abilities. From there, together, we will use that understanding to develop tools to manage life, stress, emotions, relationships, and everything in between. At MRT, we use a supportive, empathetic, non-judgmental approach. Together we will identify goals, explore options for solving difficulties, and actively work toward positive change. The therapuetic style at MRT is interactive which means that along with careful listening, we will also ask questions, provide problem solving ideas, coping techniques, and education. This creates a counseling session that is dynamic, collaborative, and productive.
