Mind The Weasel

Mind the weasel is a fun app that was put together by a group of like-minded individuals who believe that with balance, we can be passionate about food, and yet get and remain slim. We can do this by changing our habits around eating. Just to clarify that when we speak about “changing our habits around eating”, we are not referring to avoiding food all together. We are referring to a shift in mindset that alters our behaviour around eating. Ok, we said the around word again, but you know what we mean… don’t stop eating all together. Mind the weasel is a fun and effective solution to help shift your mindset. The app is made up of four mindset tasks and some powerful tools to support you along the way. Each mindset task comprises of a number of activities. After completing each mindset task, we ask you to spend a few days putting your new learnings into practice before you embark on the next mindset task. The tools are a vital part of the programme. They help you become conscious of your actions and enforce the learnings of the mindset tasks. While practising a mindset task, you can also rate your day via one of the tools provided. You are encouraged to repeat the mindset tasks as often as necessary, as this is a way to further enforce your learnings, and make your mindset shift permanent. Along the way you will receive words of encouragement via push notifications to make your journey a bit easier and more fun.
