Mind Vox Podcast

In 2021, The World Federation for Mental Health stated that between 75-95% of people with mental health conditions in low-income countries are unable to access support services (and it's not even much better in richer countries). It's sadly becoming clear that there's still a lack of respect for the human rights across the world for people living with mental health conditions. Inspired by this knowledge, and her own personal journey with mental health and late-diagnosed neurodivergence, Claire (@singleparentpessimist ) wanted to create a fully inclusive podcast all about the mind 🧠 to educate, support and empower. And so, Mind Vox was born. The podcast is for anyone who wants to hear some (hopefully) interesting, inspiring, thought-provoking and informative discussions about mental health, wellbeing, neurodivergence and inspiring, personal journeys. This expands upon the work Claire's put into creating a safe, supportive space for mums to talk about mental health on Instagram, called @mentalhealthmumday which began in 2020 during lockdown and is still going strong.
