Mind with Heart —strengthening the heart in education. Mind With Heart is an international charity, training teachers and teenagers in sustainable wellbeing, emotional health and social connection. Our programmes: The 'Connected' programmes are a complete social and emotional learning programme: CONNECTED TEACHERS —Staff wellbeing:self-care and calm CONNECTED WITH MYSELF —Mindfulness and awareness for teens CONNECTED WITH OTHERS —Empathy and compassion for teens What do schools need? Mind With Heart offer a whole-school approach. We help equip staff and students with tools for sustainable well-being, emotional health and social connection. Principals who engage Mind With Heart are committed to the welfare, thriving and success of the whole school community. What do educators need? Teachers inspire when they themselves are flourishing. Connected Teachers gives staff permission to care for themselves, relax and find calm, develop self-awareness, build emotional intelligence and nourish healthy relationships. What do teenagers really need to learn? For flourishing lives and a sustainable society, inner confidence, collaboration, empathy and critical thinking are crucial.
