Die Mindable-App ist eine, vom BfArM zugelassene, digitale Gesundheitsanwendung (DiGA) zur Behandlung von Panikstörung und Agoraphobie. Mindable kann sowohl zur Wartezeitüberbrückung, als auch therapiebegleitend, sowie zur Rückfallprophylaxe eingesetzt werden. Nach verhaltenstherapeutischen Richtlinien klärt die App umfassend psychoedukativ auf und unterstützt Patient:innen durch Konfrontationsübungen dabei, ihre Ängste aktiv zu reduzieren.
