In April 2022, the company’s founders merged its diverse library into one corporate entity. In 2023, through a private share issuance, the company financed a proprietary curated multimedia platform and robust content delivery system with a fully integrated comprehensive payment gateway that now services Mindatorium’s three divisions: Brave Echo Records, a Music Recording/Publishing division; Successerate, a creator of Personal Development Courses; and Dirt Merchants Films, a motion picture production company. The company’s founders and staff have contributed more than 70% of the funding of the company’s assets.
