Mental health demand is outpacing capacity. Adults with mild-to-moderate anxiety, depression and stress are waiting too long for support, and GP surgeries are under pressure. If nothing changes, outcomes and workloads deteriorate. The lever that moves the needle fastest is getting proven CBT skills to patients quickly, without adding burden to clinicians. MindBay is an AI-guided CBT solution prescribed as an adjunct to standard care. It helps patients start fast, then progress through 8 guided CBT sessions with practical exercises, restorative meditations and an open, supportive chat space, designed for ~25–35 minutes a week. MindBay is a preventative, supportive adjunct to care: early use aims to keep problems from escalating; later use helps patients manage symptoms. Now in pilot across three GP surgeries, with system-impact evaluation in progress. We’re NHS-compliant (DTAC), UKCA Class I, and built with clinical-grade safety on UK-hosted infrastructure.
