We are an independent, founder-controlled company, of up to 20 people, mostly developers, software architects, testers, business analysts, project managers, management consultants. Sometimes, our team will act as an extension of in-house teams by supplementing existing IT staff and providing the knowledge and effort needed to deliver technology projects. Most of the time, in digital transformation initiatives, our team translates the benefits of technology into business terms and metrics that each executive cares about. We define clear roadmaps, set realistic goals, and implement effective systems to track progress. We break down initiatives into smaller sprints, as a good way to make delivery more attainable and allow the time to step back and evaluate how everything is going. As a result, we deliver.
