MindFool Coffee was founded by Cora & Mauricio, a power couple with 12 years experience combined working in the Irish coffee Industry & a shared dream to start their own coffee shop & brand. Located in Sportsco leisure centre Ringsend, MindFool coffee was born as a speciality coffee shop & barista school. A community hub for mindful living, good coffee, food & community. Serving speciality coffee by Silverskin, an award winning, 100% Irish owned company that is proudly roasting coffee in Dublin since 2012. Silverskin was founded by Brian Kenny who specialise in sourcing, roasting, producing and serving only the finest coffees. With over 20 years experience, Brian combines his knowledge of coffee roasting with his love of coffee tasting to ensure the customer gets a perfect coffee everytime.*All are welcome both members & non-members.
