I created Mindful Healing so teens could have a space to feel safe to be themselves. I believe that learning actionable skills that teens can use in the moment empowers teens to build confidence and make changes. Mindful Healing offers Individual Therapy, Group Counseling for teens and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, and self-destructive behaviors. We help them develop skills so they can live a life they love!" We specialize in working with young people ages 13-35 and we help teens develop coping skills to make effective choices. Parents are relieved by our ability to help their teens to help them reconnect as families!
