Mindful Mind And Body

We are a group of psychotherapists and life coaches with a shared belief in the power of a holistic approach to help clients achieve lasting, beneficial results in their emotional, physical, relational and occupational lives. We have locations in RTP, Charlotte and Wilmington, NC and with telehealth we can provide therapy throughout the state and life coaching nationwide. The therapists and coaches at Mindful Mind and Body bring specialized training in: Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Addictions, Couples Counseling, Yoga, Nutrition and more. With these specialized backgrounds, our providers develop a collaborative and tailored plan to address each client's unique goals and circumstances. We offer individual, couples and family sessions online for adolescents, adults and seniors. Clients dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use concerns, relationship problems, infidelity, body image, poor concentration, unhealthy habits, grief, and trauma can find relief and gain new confidence. Our providers believe in the importance of support systems for their clients, as well as for themselves. We practice self-care in our profession by continually honing our skills, seeking consultation and collaboration with fellow coaches and therapists and implementing our own healthy habits for work-life balance. So, we also offer supervision for providers and are happy to provide consultation to others in the helping professions.
