Providing tools and guidance to people to learn to hold space for themselves and others without judgement, with honesty and a deep inner connection. I facilitate processes to increase focus and productivity resulting in a wisdom to hold space for yourself and your purpose in life. You grow into your own journey which includes a daily discovery and gently holding space or who and what you are on that day. Results include higher focus, productivity, quality relationships and higher general wellbeing in your mind and body! Offering Mindfulness practice guidance via workshops, group sessions and one on one sessions - in person or online Outcomes: A shift in how you experience everything and everybody in your life, towards more detailed awareness, and with a curiousity, no judgement and compassionate eye The journey into the who you are at any current moment, increases your wisdom and focus, removing any judgement and replace it with curiosity of what more there is. Have the basic tools to tap even deeper into themselves, understand themselves and know the origin of their motivation, feelings and subsequent actions. Learn a basic skill to not judge themselves but accept and support themselves by being willing to see them as they are at the current moment. Learn the vision and longings are fluid and may be adapted. Learn that all things in life are temporary and must be appreciated in the moment. I also distribute natural products.
