Mindful Well-being, Inc. is woman-owned, self-financed Wellness business based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Region. We offer specially designed wellness classes dedicated to improving the physical, cognitive & mental mindfulness of Seniors, specializing in the niche market of those with moderate to significantly limited mobility & cognitive challenges in Assisted Living, Memory Care & Independent Living residences. All classes have been designed based on the findings of scientific research studies conducted by reputable organizations. We unite Mind, Body & Breath for Whole-being wellness & fitness. Mindful Well-being is dedicated to improving the physical wellness of Seniors through the instruction & practice of specialized yoga – including Chair Yoga, Wheelchair Yoga, Memory Care Yoga, Stress Relief Yoga- as well as mental mindfulness through the instruction & practice of Relaxing Meditation. Yoga classes are visually, auditorily, cognitively, physically and language accessible for residents. Our Menu of services includes Seated Chair yoga, Yoga for Balance, Yoga for Osteoporosis, Memory Care Yoga, Relaxing Meditation.
