Mindfulness Club

Mindfulness Club is a refuge for everyone who is interested in secular mindfulness or other meditation practice. Based in Prague, we run the first mindfulness centre in Czech Republic. We also organise educational events and workshops for public and specialised training programs for organisations. One a year, we also organise MindfulnessCON, a festival and conference of mindfulness for the mindfulness community in Central Europe. Mindfulness Club also organises events for Relational Mindfulness Training (RMT), a Mindfulness-Based Interventions (RMT), designed to help individuals better cooperate & communicate with other people, better cope with harsh interpersonal challenges and to be more caring towards others and oneself.
