Mindfulness

Mindfulness+ offers training and coaching in mindfulness, communication, and MBSR. In-person training is available in South Wales (UK); telephone or Skype individual coaching available nearly everywhere. Offerings are grounded in Early Buddhist teachings as well as Nonviolent Communication. Mindfulness+ Communication draws on the Buddha's teachings on Right Speech, Right effort and mindfulness, as well as teachings of Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication. Through Mindfulness+ Communication, you have the opportunity to:* learn simple yet powerful choices you can make in everyday speech that foster more connection, compassion and kindness;* investigate how to understand and potentially change your state of mind, and the the impact of doing so;* how to identify and align with your own core values;* how to understand speech as integral to spiritual practice;* improve relationships - within yourself, with others, and with all living beings.
