Hey, I’m Cyril Mindoo is my venture in professional services, new forms of business development and work collaboration. While the value proposition has remained consistent and improved over time, the status shifted in 2022 to gain greater flexibility and leverage the capabilities and cost-effectiveness of third-party administration contracting services. Mandates span: • B2B/B2B2C strategic assessment. • Digital and Product roadmap, strategy to delivery. • 360° performance management at the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and core KPIs/OKRs levels. • Pricing & Partnership design and negotiation. • Target Operating Model design and strategic AI enablement for business value. • Complex B2B strategy-to-execution Project Management. Certifications: SAFe® Agile Program Consultant (SPC)+ AI for Product Management + Lean Startup. High-end partnerships and memberships In addition to my partnering with consulting firms, I’m a selected member of high-end independent consultant communities: for instance, OMS & Co (2020, FR), Umbrex-Veritux (2020, US), Weem (2025, FR), and Heidrick & Struggle/Business Talent Group (2025, US). These community engagements support my ongoing training, providing access to professional guidelines and up-to-date frameworks, as well as best practices in business strategy methodologies and deliverables, PMO management, M&A integration, CFO advisory, data/GenAI assessment, and deployment.
