Nick Bennett and Rowena Hardy, partners of Minds Aligned, are performance coaches and facilitators working with individuals, groups and organisations in the Mackay region, around the state, nationally and internationally. Coaching is a valuable technique that essentially builds self-awareness. It helps to unlock thinking, uncover potential ("the inherent ability or capacity for growth, development or coming into being") and unleash capability. It takes place in a non-judgmental, confidential space that allows the coachee to consider and create future possibilities while also encouraging them to take action and responsibility for their choices.
