Minds En Place

It’s time to face the issues that people struggle with head-on and to create safe spaces for teams across the hospitality industry and within corporate organisations. We are Minds en Place, and we are committed to creating positive social and cultural change in the workplace through empowerment and education. Minds en Place is a hub for diversity, wellbeing and hospitality. We offer bespoke mental health, diversity and inclusion workshops and catering by BIPOC chefs, tailored plans and events, consulting, and networks that can produce and foster meaningful connections. We offer a diagnostic tool and bespoke training to understand and address the client’s true needs. Our workshops cover mental health first aid training, anti-racism, disability and accessibility, LGBTIQA+ allyship and sexuality and gender. They’re hosted by trusted organisations and expert facilitators who have tried and tested products and lived experiences with the issues they discuss. These include: Carly Findlay OAM, Kelly’s Cause, Not So Hospitable, Hue Consulting (Colour the Conversation) and Queer Town. Using our combined experience of 30 years in the events space, we can also offer event consultation and curation for small to large-scale events in any sector.
