Minds First

Minds First is run by Kerry Munro, who is a registered Occupational Therapist & accredited Mindfulness Teacher and Lucy Butler who is a qualified Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner. Kerry and Lucy’s own life experiences have given them a real passion to make a genuine difference and enhance people’s lives. Their separate skills enable them to assist individuals through mindfulness workshops, one-to-one and group mindfulness sessions and holistic life coaching. Kerry and Lucy also have extensive experience working in both mental health services and the corporate environment giving them unique expertise to enhance wellbeing in the workplace and equip employees with tools to take care of their mental wellbeing.
