We are a virtual mental health centre specializing in trauma-informed therapy. At MindSeed, we meet people wherever they are and help them to get to where they want to be. A one stop shop if you will. Replacing unhealthy coping strategies with healthy ones, helping people increase wellness and develop a full sense of self. Our goal is to help people thrive. And that is not something where a “one size fits all” approach works. We created MindSeed to be a place that brought together the best and most effective treatments currently used. Leading that approach is our 3 stage model of care. Our tailored packages integrate various trauma-informed therapies, so that clients gain both skills and insights, to create lasting change. This complete approach ensures that our clients get the right therapy, at the right time. Working side by side, helping them grow full lives. We are based in Toronto, but are fully virtual. Our clients come from communities across the province of Ontario
