Mindsoulyoga is a business located in Copenhagen, Denmark offering yoga classes specially designed to companies. We believe that yoga is the way forward in terms of work related stress, burnouts and physical injuries, which is a growning issue in our society. Scientific researches has also shown positive effects from practicing yoga on a regular basis. Our main focus is to convince as many people as possible that yoga is for everyone, and through our three key values: strength, stability and stamina create a space of letting go of the control and gain awareness of the present moment plus more physical and mental energy. Some of the benefits we see when we teach at companies is that yoga contributes to the creation of a greater work environment amongst the employees.
