The vision for Mindspray Associates is to become an established community-based arts organisation, supporting emotional, cultural, and mental wellbeing of children and young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds. • Mindspray was inspired by my experience as a graffiti artist and my subsequent career journey into creative spaces. • With a diverse career background, and as a practicing artist and qualified wellbeing practitioner, I am committed to establishing Mindspray as a new model for Creative Wellbeing. • From the work I have been engaged in recently, you will see I am well positioned as a facilitator, consultant and leader in the mental health and creative wellbeing sectors. My Projects and Programmes within Mindspray include: Independent Evaluation, Facilitation Voices of Tomorrow (2022) This Bright Land, Somerset House (2022) Future producers Programme, Somerset House (2021) Workshop Facilitator & Trainer | Orb8 • Orb8 provides peripatetic and bespoke therapeutic mental health, wellbeing, and related services for traumatised, hard to reach and marginalised children, young people, and adults. I delivered quarterly online workshops on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion including gang related issues to Foster Carers (8 sessions). Creative Wellbeing Specialist | Young Brent Foundation • As Creative Wellbeing and Mental Health consultant within the London Borough of Brent (an area of high incidents of knife crime). The vision for Mindspray is to become a leading arts organisation, supporting the emotional and mental wellbeing of people, groups, and communities. Mindspray was inspired by Errol’s experience as a central figure within UK graffiti art, and subsequent career journey within creative business, cultural heritage, and therapeutic wellbeing. Errol remains passionate about the impact that graffiti art has made on global youth culture, and based on first-hand experience, explores the intersection between culture and the politics of identity.
