Mindstream Academy

MindStream Academy is a full service boarding school for teens and tweens who want to get healthy, fit, lose weight, take control of their lives and build self- esteem. During their time at MindStream, our students learn nutrition, cooking and physical education through fun experiential learning activities. Their instructions range from biofeedback to gardening, psychological counseling to the care of horses, and from fitness training to the preparation of wholesome portion controlled meals. In addition, MindStream pays special focus not to just what students achieve while they are on campus, but also to maintaining that success long after they leave our school.
