Mersheed Hamza is an organizational Psychologist and founder of MindTracker. An engineering graduate, he has done his masters in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, which help him combine his experience and knowledge to analyze and curate solutions to increase productivity and job satisfaction. He has his own operational experience working for over 20 years in various sectors ranging from leading telecom giants like Reliance and Idea to manufacturing industries and other online business start-ups. He has studied in-depth employee management and has understood the need for a more meticulous and scientific approach to better work culture and human resource management. MindTracker is an initiative curated to aid companies of all sectors and their employees to achieve their peak performance by applying concepts of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
