Mindwalk Yoga

Mindwalk Yoga has now closed. Thank you for breathing, moving and resting with us. Mindwalk Yoga began in March 2020, at the start of the first lockdown, to create an online, accessible, and inclusive yoga space that centred and celebrated Black women. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made time for themselves. We are sad to see our studio close but also proud of what we achieved and the community and friendships we created together. Thank you to our amazing teachers who created a loving and supportive yoga space. And thank you to our wider cheerleaders who collaborated, chatted, and offered advice. Please continue to make time for you. We've uploaded a selection of on-demand practices to our YouTube channel.
