I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, who offers individual, group, and family counseling. Since 1994, I have worked with a variety of ages, including young children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and I have experience treating a range of psychological problems. My belief that there is a strong correlation between mental and physical health led me to also obtain certification as a Fitness Instructor (specializing in yoga, pilates, and meditation). My "healthy lifestyle" approach to counseling patients might include nutritional, physical fitness, and stress reduction plans. I can show you how to use practical lifestyle strategies that will change your detrimental behavioral patterns into positive ones. I may incorporate yoga, breathing, and various meditation exercises into your therapy, if appropriate. In therapy, I will provide you with clear and understandable explanations of how psychotherapy may specifically address your issues. My office is centrally located in the Flemington area, and I have a second office in Whitehouse Station, NJ.
