Specifically: Personal Service When you place an order, you are assigned a team of people who will oversee your job all the way through production. They will take care of everything you need, and be your contacts here. We think it’s always nice to have a real person to talk to, don’t you? No Rush Service Fees It’s really this simple: when we receive your proof approval, we start printing your job. None of this 3 or 4 days later nonsense. Best of all? We don’t charge for that kind of service. We think it should come naturally. Paper Choices All great printing starts with paper, doesn’t it? We work with designers every day, so we don’t try to pass off some cheap sheets on you. You’ll find lots of paper choices throughout our product lines. And if you want one you don’t see? You got it – call us. We’ll be happy to get it for you. Printing Services Of course we offer digital printing. It’s the backbone of small runs, and is getting better and better. But we started as an offset printer many years ago, and we still love the smell of ink. You’ll like it for larger runs and spot color and consistency. And for some texture, consider thermography.
