Having a rich mark on our history of dining culture, the nation’s culinary art with its influences reaches from China, Malaysia and even France. Vietnamese food combines the best of all! Vietnamese cuisine is all about balancing protein, carbohydrates and fiber. The most common spices—chilli, lime, ginger, garlic, shallot, and pepper—are essential sources of vitamins and minerals. Fresh greens and aromatics in various herbs ( basils, mints, corianders) are crucial components in Mini Kitchen’s dishes. Altogether, Vietnamese cuisine is invented to supply human nutritional demand. In our menu, there are three main categories you can choose from: Bánh Mì, Poké Bowl and Bún. While Bánh Mì and Bún are traditional dishes, Poké Bowl is an integrated dish with a new interpreted touch. Mini Kitchen honours healthy ingredients and focuses on food hygiene and quality. Our food is made with love and passion. You are invited to walk on a culinary trip through Vietnam. It is our privilege to serve you at Mini Kitchen in Thorsager.
