Minority Report Group

The Minority Report Group exists to support organisations in creating Inclusive workplace cultures for diverse professionals by advancing the conversation around inclusion and diversity to a point of measurable change. We deliver diversity, equity and inclusion strategies which are unique to each of our clients needs and objectives, allowing them to in-turn foster a work environment where diverse individuals all have the ability to consistently thrive and feel a sense of belonging. We are also anchored by our work in the fashion industry and creative sector, as the (Fashion) Minority Report, which is a career and learning development resource to support underrepresented talent in the field.
