Where does the name Minus 1 Recruitment come from? One more person in their dream job. Optimization instead of inspiration. We focus mainly on IT recruitment but handle general recruitment as well. Our small size, our local knowledge, and our industry specific expertise allow us to provide a unique level of personalised service. We are an intentionally small practice working with a select client list, not only to avoid any conflicts with competitors but also to ensure bespoke and unique solutions for our clients. We have a hands on, close working relationship with the leaders in our client companies as well as with our candidates.
