Mirggab

Mirggab) is an Arabic word that means a plateau that is used for monitoring and observation. The word was specifically used in the GCC region to name the areas by the beach locals used to watch and guide the ships coming from far away, an Arabic version of the Lighthouse used in the West. The idea of Mirggab emerged out of the need for a third-party unbiased source of rating businesses and their products and services. Businesses are naturally biased towards their own products and services and they will always try to show a glossy positive image of themselves, as a result, customers no longer trust the views posted through their websites. When a single customer makes a judgment it’s an opinion. When many customers agree on a perception that’s a fact. Therefore, we aspire to be THE FACT BOARD OF THE WORLD. Mirggab brings customers together on one platform to help them share their views about businesses, products, or services that they experienced openly and honestly. Together they collectively grant “Qualified By the Crowd” accreditation to businesses through their reviews. We empower customers to have stronger bargaining power and make better buying decisions. Fair competition is conditional on the availability of information about the experience of customers. Mirggab promotes fair competition by posting information that is produced by the customers to the customers about the quality of businesses they deal with on daily basis.
