It is not only the quantity but also the quality of the feedback that counts. We emphasise mainly the “objectivity” and “constructiveness” of this feedback. Mirrors are part of our everyday lives. There are different types of mirrors, each with their own function and advantage. There are flat, concave and convex mirrors. Each of them shows a different picture of the same object. The aim of our trainers and coaches is to hold up that mirror which is most needed at the given moment to bring the most benefits during the training and/or coaching of your employees. Some people are afraid of looking into a mirror, as they do not wish to be confronted with reality. This is especially true when it comes to our behaviour and attitudes. The reasons are different for each individual and it only makes our job more difficult – as providing or receiving objective feedback requires courage.
