Mirss

The Maghrebian Institute for Research and Strategic Studies (MIRSS) is an independent research institution was established for the purpose of conducting research and strategic studies and analysis, in support of the Maghrebian countries integration, and offering information for politicians and decision makers within the region, and serves as a bridge to the wider strategic community. In addition to research and analysis, the Institute provides consultancy services, capacity building programs and organizing events and activities such as forums, symposia, seminars, conferences, lectures and workshops. MIRSS major product are studies published by the Institute and distributed to politicians and key strategic leaders in the region, Congresses, the media, other think tanks and institutes, and major colleges and universities. MIRSS studies use history and current Political, Economical, Social, Technological and Environmental (PESTE) aspects of interest primarily to the Maghrebian countries for the purpose of developing strategic recommendations for the decision makers. These studies often influence the formulation of national strategies and security policies.
