Mishmash Amsterdam

MishMash is about reimagining our favourite beers with the addition of some unexpected flavours. We started when our mad scientist Dimitris decided to combine his two favourite subjects — food science and beer. The first experiments didn’t go quite to plan, but it wasn’t long ‘til our first success, a Camomile Amber Wheat Beer with the fresh, fruity aroma of El Dorado hops, the characteristic dunkelweiss banana notes, and a citrus hint of camomile. Next is our Sencha Rye IPA, a crisp India Pale Ale, with an earthy rye backnote and the citrus flavours of Amarillo hops. The Sencha green tea complements a hoppy profile with pine/floral aroma and ever-so-slightly green tint to the foam. This is not your typical IPA The current line-up is completed with the Blueberry Belgian Red, a refreshing Belgian style red ale. Its profile combines cloves and esters, reminiscent of Belgian Abbey yeasts. A dose of blueberries add great flavour and purplish tint to the foam.
