Some of the notable projects are Zohr gas field project, Samalloot highway, bridges of Shobra-Banha freeway and an industrial waste water treatment plant in 10th of Ramadan City, among others. North of the governorate of Minya, only 230 Km south of Cairo is the state-of-the-art production plant of Misr Cement Minya. The central location gives the plant access to the Eastern Desert Road, as well as Al Shaikh Fadl Road to Bani Mazar City. The plant is in a key location serving other high-demand markets across central and Upper Egypt.
